April 2001
Pontifex Maximus,
I'm sorry I've not written to you sooner. I've been lost in my musings of all things Burger.
I wonder of where and who and how the wondrous creation of the Burger came to be. The creation of an object of so meaty and flavorful has brought to light my world. Even now I sit here writing this with burger grease dripping onto the keys.
In the early days of man did the creator descend and give us Chef? Did Chef fill the void of the world that did not have chef? Did he know the value that Chef would bestow upon the world the greatness of the Burger? Did the Egg, Hot Dogs, and Pickel rise to slay Chef because of his greatness? Were they jealous of the light of Chef and the perfection of his burgers? Was the creation of the game to worship at the burgerdom? These are the thoughts that haunt me.
Please write and give your response to the musings. I wait with anticipation of pickles and onions for that reply.
